Digital Product Usage Rights

All digital products sold by BLESSING AT THE BAR (“BATB”), a Planet Blessing Ltd brand, are protected by copyright law. Copyright in all products, including but not limited to templates, guides, trackers, notes, flashcards and digital downloads, is owned exclusively by Planet Blessing Ltd.

By purchasing any digital product from BATB, you agree to the following usage rights:

Personal Use Only

Products are licensed for individual, personal use only.

You may use the product year after year for your own studies, practice, or professional development.

No Redistribution or Sharing

Products may not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to others in any form, whether for free or for commercial purposes.

Group access, institutional use, or classroom use is not permitted unless prior written consent is obtained from BATB.

No Use with AI Tools

You may not upload, paste, input or otherwise provide any BLESSING AT THE BAR digital product, or any part of one, to any artificial intelligence, machine-learning or large language model tool or service (including chatbots, AI study assistants and “chat with your document” tools), or use it to train, fine-tune or prompt any such system, without the prior written permission of Planet Blessing Ltd.

This does not apply where a product expressly tells you to use it with an AI tool, and only to the extent that product says so.

Copyright Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the products remain with Planet Blessing Ltd. BLESSING AT THE BAR is a Planet Blessing Ltd brand.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright or intellectual property rights to you.

Permitted Adaptations

You may make reasonable adaptations of a product for your own personal use (e.g., adding your own notes to a template).

You may not publish, share, or sell adapted versions of the product.

Breach of Terms

Any breach of this policy will be considered an infringement of copyright and may result in legal action.
